Under leadership of Dr. Bharat Jhunjhunwala, we sent a representation to Government of India and World Bank outlining the environment, social and cultural threats imposed from the construction of the proposed 16 barrages on Ganga. Following is the main representation.
We have also launched a dedicated community portal Ganga Waterway Information Centre which can be accessed on www.gangawaterway.in.
